The managerial and financial services of Health Units S.A. are implementing project management processes and methodologies which are in accordance with the principles of the standard for “Administrative Sufficiency of Organizations for Implementing Projects of Public Interest” (ELOT, Hellenic Organisation for Standardisation -1429). 

Health Units S.A. administrative capability and management competence for implementing projects funded through the National Strategic Reference Framework (NSRF) 2007–2013 has been certified by the respective Management Committee of the Ministry of Health and Social Solidarity. Thus, Health Units S.A. is in position to undertake and manage adequately such projects.
